Joint pain can often be managed at home with anti-inflammatories, an ice pack and rest.

How to use Mentholatum Ibuprofen Gel

Use the top of the cap to pierce the metal seal.

Adults and children over 14 years:

Squeeze 2-5cm of the gel (containing 50-125mg of ibuprofen) from the tube and lightly rub it into the affected area until absorbed.

Use every 4 hours as required, with no more than 4 dozes in any 24 hour period. Wash hands after each application.

Do not use it on children under 14 years of age.

Review treatment after 2 weeks, especially if the symptoms worsen or persist.

What does Mentholatum Ibuprofen Gel contain

Active ingredient: Ibuprofen 5% w/w.

Also contains Purified Water, Ethanol, Propylene Glycol, Diisopropanolamine, Carbomer.
